SurveyMonkey Acquires Minority Stake In Clicktools

SurveyMonkey, which conducts surveys online, has acquired 49.9 percent interest in Clicktools for an undisclosed sum. Clicktools is a U.K.-based survey provider on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange. Together, the two will design cloud-based survey tools for Salesforce’s platform. The acquisition was financed in part by a $100 million debt financing closed in November. SurveyMonkey said it continues to look for additional acquisitions and partnerships.
